We really liked the small apartment itself. Just minutes from the KingsCross and St. Pancras stations, it was ideal for a home base to begin exploring the city. Lots of room and thoughtful amenities. Would stay here again.

We found the cleaning staff a bit inconsistent and rather late in the day. Anything we needed was immediately supplied by the front desk at the hotel, and that service was fabulous. This isn't something that would cause us not to visit again.

Location Clean Nicely furnished

No elevator, had large heavy luggage we had to drag to the third floor. Shower drained really slow, floor was all wet.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Generally well stocked with plates, cups and cutlery. Close to King's Cross station and restaurants.

I asked before arrival if a cafetiere and tea towels/dish cloths would be available. I was told they would be. They weren't. This made washing up difficult. Late arrival. We weren't taken to our apartment, merely pointed in the general direction (it is not attached to the hotel). There were a lot of people hanging around the entrance to the apartment at that time, which was uncomfortable. Once in we had several flights of stairs to negotiate before reaching the apartment. Once inside there was another flight of stairs before finally reaching the apartment properly. No lifts available.

The lication

That there was no microwave and there was an ongoing ant problem. A staff member came to remove the ants but obviously this was a temporary fix. Also I wrote ahead of my stay to enquire whether the coffee machine took force gusto,pods. I was assured it did. It didn’t.
