Was clean and cosy

A nice, clean room. A clean bathroom. Reasonably warm. A comfortable room. Breakfast included.
The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear what is being said in the neighboring rooms. When the TV is turned on, you end up watching it too. The neighbors' music is very invigorating in the morning.

A very spacious and bright breakfast area. Clean throughout, with exceptionally helpful staff. An excellent location, especially if you are visiting the Vanemuine Theatre. Bonus - got free parking in the hotel courtyard.
I’m not one to nitpick, but you can still hear the nearby street...

Room quality, breakfast, staff, parking, location - all are very good
In a room with a view, setup should not be such that TV is blocking the view. TV mount with a swivel would help. Soundproofing from street sound has a lot of room for improvement. Lot of offices with floor to ceiling windows manage to do it, so it should be doable. Current level of soundproofing means that you can hear bus stop announcement on a city bus. Been to this hotel also on a business trips, it is not one room problem.
