It was very clean from the outside but the room
Was not. I found blood spots in the restroom, improper objects and medication in the folding sofa bed. Didn’t get enough information from the beginning when we arrived because nobody was in the office. Nobody was answering the phone. When finally someone got there it was a fast intake.
One of the days we came back late our card keys did not work. Nobody was answering the phones I sent messages nobody took the time to answer them. When we got someone face to face they were very helpful but it’s hard to get someone on the phone.
The room was nothing like what you advertise. It
Was very hard to get someone on the phone. No guidance was available for washing cloth, that area is super hot!
