St. Aiden's Guesthouse

- la pulizia della camera: io sono allergica agi acari della polvere, l’ho fatto presente alla proprietaria che si è impegnata a far pulire a fondo la stanza (soprattutto la moquette) - la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out - la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria Marie e dell’altra signora (Anne?) nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze - letto comodo - bagno finestrato - cambio asciugamani ogni giorno - la presenza a pochi minuti a piedi di una fermata del bus (n15 che ti porta nel centro) - zona residenziale tranquilla, anche se a mezz’ora di distanza dal centro (in bus)

- è leggermente distante dal centro città, ma vicino c’è una fermata del bus dove ne passano tanti a qualsiasi ora (n15 fa 24h/24)

This is a good place to stay if you're visiting Dublin and don't want to pay really expensive accomodations in the city centre. This place is only a 30-40 minute (depends on the traffic) bus ride away from the centre, and it's in a nice and peacefull neighbourhood. Room was a bit cramped, there was a lot of furniture and appliances in it, but then again, we've had a fridge in our room which isnt bad. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not technically included, but they do have a kitchen with a full fridge and cupboards of food, so you can basically make breakfast there which is really nice. On the day that we checked in (and every day after) we've seen that one employee (sadly i forgot her name) who was very nice and helpful so i must praise her, and also because she let us leave our bags there as we came too early for check in and she also let us leave our bags on the last day after check out, so that we could still go to the city in the morning as our flight was in late afternoon. So overall a nice stay.

There was some noise coming through the walls but nothing that would bother us too much. Water in the shower took quite some time to get warm, like a lot of water had to flow through so that warm water would eventually start flowing.

The house is amazingly welcoming and comfortable, the room was super clean. It felt like visiting grandma house for a few days, great experience 😌 The location was also great it’s far from the city noises but close to the busses stops both ways. Would definitely stay again in Dublin

The property was pleasant on arrival. Nice area etc. Clean and welcoming with a lovely open fire.

The property would have scored alot higher but what let it down in my view was the bed. It creaked, made a lot of noise even when I turned lightly. This kept me awake so much so that I actually tried to sleep on the floor from 5am.
