Amazing, accommodating staff, beautiful clean and large rooms with a view, 3 pools to choose from, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, lovely view from our room and close to everything! Have booked here before and will book here again! Also very affordable and great value for money!

The location was good, close to restaurants and the stadium. Secure offsite street parking. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The property was quite dirty. Dead cockroaches around the apartment. All the door and window sills were very dirty. There was a musty smell throughout the apartment which you smelt as soon as you walked in the door. The bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned properly either. Considering the high price per night we were charged I would of expected a better standard.

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I would recommend as a place to stay in Townsville

The lift was super slow which was annoying as the only access to our rooms. It would be good to also access the stairs with a key or fob.

Only stayed the one night and it was great. Very helpful with my late check in, close to restaurants, very clean & comfortable room. Had foxtel to watch football and movies which is a bonus ! very happy with my stay.

We came back after dinner, my car space was taken by another car. Called reception, but no one answered the phone to help us to resolve this issue.

Our Bed and cleanliness of the place and both staff members at reception were so friendly and helpful.

The shower gel cylinder in the shower didn't let the gel come out properly. It is one drop at a time useless. On exiting the Regis it needs a sign or arrow painted on the driveway to show on leaving you can only drive one way.

Arriving late on Christmas Eve and everything was so organised even down to finding welcoming chocolates with our keys in the night safe. Huge thanks and special mention to Sarah who went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and relaxed.
