The staff were amazing and always happy to help and the drinks and food were very well priced
The property overall is good, great amenities and activities to do, also the location is amazing, right on the beach and very close to franks bar. The only downside for us was the room, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, hard as a rock and also the sheets were never clean, there were stains on them as soon as we arrived and they only ever flipped around and beds made. Everything apart from that was great

Breakfast and service generally--location excellent. Entertainment very good.
Failure to meet our booking request. The room we eventually ended up with was 541 and the noise from the third floor was unacceptable--children running around and furniture being bumped or moved late at night (after 10pm). Signs/notices for these occupants should be installed in all these rooms that they must realise that the noise they make is amplified through the floor. The building was not built/designed well in this regard
