Great location to explore Reims. Comfortable and spacious room. Good selection at breakfast

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The car parking is an additional bonus. Our room was very clean and comfortable but would benefit from a bathroom update, with a decent shower, not in a bath.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were all very kind and accommodating. Especially the ones who helped me with my luggage up and down the spiral stairs.
Elevator wasn't working. I was on the top floor. Carpets need cleaned or replaced. Everything else was nice.

Location was good, close to center. Bed was comfortable.
Air conditioner didn't work after the first evening. They wouldn't fix it, because there are no reparmen on the weekends. The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor. The staff had an attitude.

"In posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal centro di Reims, la struttura ha stanze abbastanza ampie, il letto è molto comodo e la colazione a buffet variegata"
