The room was very nice, a little small for travelling with a pet, but it was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff were extremely friendly and professional.
The bathroom felt tired, and like it needed updating. The lift was very bouncy, noisy and a little scary. It felt like the building could use some updating in places like the bathrooms and hallway.
Free parking was mentioned but was very limited - I parked nearby but poor signage was not ideal, and there was no unloading area which was tricky.

Amazing family room, large and comfortable - price was excellent - completely recommend
The buffet breakfast could have had more options - but I’m being picky - it was all really good

Quite close for walking to restaurants in town.
Poor welcome on arrival at garage door

Great choice for breakfast . Good secure parking facilities ( although a tad expensive) 20 euros I believe. Central location .
Air conditioning in room and main lobby area non existent ( it was very hot) . Reception staff whilst not unhelpful could have been more friendly. Whilst clean the Rooms are tired , corridors very dark , needs brightening up ! For a supposedly 4 star hotel I expected better.
