A own yard near an apartment, common swimming pool was perfect

Nice place, just 5min driving from the seaside.

I would recommend calling the day before to obtain the access code for the parking lot and be sure of opening times for the reception desk.

Location good, near to beaches of st-aygulf and frejus port. Next to a carrefour contact. But around is an empty desert. Swimming pool is ok.

It was very dirty, no cleaning made. Floor ceramics were in a really bad state. No AC/climatiser. Bed extremely not comfortable. Kitchen equipment very poor/limited and old. This center needs a real renovation with a proper management.

Staff wanted to put us to the room, which faced the wall of the parking above, although we booked room with the balcony, which there means 1 floor. So in reality basement. They told, that they are fully booked, but after little scandal they suddenly found ok room with balcony and quite ok view. This was little bit unexpected behavior. Propery itself still quite ok, warned out though.
