I spent just a night, and everything was fine. The 24h reception was a definite plus, because we couldn’t really predict our time of arrival.
The hotel
Is in the middle of a commercial area, so nothing fancy but there’s everything at a stone throw, and lot of parking

I've stayed at this hotel twice, spending one night each time, and both experiences were very pleasant.
The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The hotel offers excellent value for money.
The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, especially for a good night's sleep.
The rooms are starting to show their age and could benefit from some renovation and modernization.

Very pet friendly hotel. When we arrived they had doggie treats for our dog and in the room they had placed a large dog basket to sleep in and bowls for food and water. Most kind personal. Rooms were huge, quiet and clean. The buffet breakfast was magnificent.
By email I received an option to check in early. This also gave some options in chosing what you preferred. 1 of the options was either a walk in shower or a tub. Since we are older and have some health issues, we opted for the walk-in. We didn't get that. After inquiring at the desk it appears that none of the rooms has a walk-in closet.

The only thing that deserves a star is the staff.
Don’t be fooled, this IS NOT a 4 stars hotel. Maybe just 1.
The comfort was not as expected.
Definitely not a 4 stars hotel as advertised.
