Clean and new, walking distance from the train station, friendly staff

Excellent staff, available at all hours. Always polite, helpful and smiling. Location is helpful, short walk from Berliner Tor. Beer, drinks and water available to purchase at all times, which I used every day. Big lounge area (didn't use).
Fan didn't work, excessive road noise at my particular room, maybe luck of the draw. Very warm, but beds were ok. No fridge in the room.

The staff were wondeful and the facilities were good. The window was huge.
The breakfast could have been better. There is a trainline in front of the hotel, don’t like the noise from the train.
