The staff made it extra special. I want to give a shout out to Vlada at reception for making my brithday special! She provided me with a birthday drink and also provided me a late checkout which she didn’t have to do. I really appreciate the gesture and. By going the extra mile! she provided exceptional customer service✨✨
The bedsheet was dirty and didn’t look like it had been changed but we called down and they changed it right away and apologised.

Good mid-point location for where I needed to be next day; air con!!!! Latter needed as very warm outside
Not enough variety of food options. Would have preferred more salad/fibre options and less items cooked in fat - food good but not when trying to lose weight.

Location
Traffic noise: we had requested a quiet room but in any event had assumed that rooms facing the QE2 bridge would have had adequate double/triple glazing. Also, the TV didn’t work

Bodies on reception and others ! And also the manager at breakfast on the Saturday and all the other breakfast staff were so nice too.
