Pool was great

The food was nice at . We eat in the lounge. But a bit chaotic , no one person dealing with food , so you were over looked with people buying just drinks. Plus only one till
walls were thin so you could hear people having sex through out the night into the early morning. Great for them but not us having to listen to their noise. Didn't sleep that well although the bed was big and comfortable.

Hotel was lovely.
Room was big and spacious.
Bar area was nice.
The pool and spa area was very good - a definite plus.
The service in the restaurant was utterly abysmal. We waited 20-30 minutes for our drinks - they actually came after the meal was served. It was the same for everyone in there, no-one was happy. It's not a criticism of the staff that were there (they did their best), they're just understaffed and have no management/leader to guide them - it was just a free for all. Breakfast time was no better - tables not cleared, never any coffee in the machines. Cost cutting doesn't work, so we won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

Good location, comfy beds, large rooms.
Hotel needs a refresh!
Corridors strewn with empty glasses and bottles on arrival. Hot breakfast was basic, coffee machines not working, continental items minimal. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna area quite loud and not very relaxing so decided against using spa facilities. Accommodated us for one night as attending a local event but unfortunately wouldn't stay again.
