The front desk staff were brilliant in sorting out a issue for us of our own making. The Concierge was amazing and extremely helpful.

A modern building with a most pleasing architectural style. English speaking staff charming and helpful. A great pool. Rooms were comfortable, well equipped. It's also in a quieter part of town but only a short walk on the rear riverside lit path to the temple area.

The pool was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and lasted until late enough for us to have when we returned from a boat trip down the Mekong.

There was nothing about the hotel we disliked but we found it so sad that the Mekong river is covered in plastic rubbish. Our boatman was cutting plastic bags off the propeller!

The hotel was ideally situated for walking into the city. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were keen to make sure your stay was perfect. Great pools, a fitness gym, and bikes to borrow - if you're brave enough to go on the roads - we weren't! Breakfast was plentiful and loads of choice. And definitely recommend the 'Explore the Mekong' boat trip.

The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing, close enough to the town to be able to walk in (15 minutes) but also nicely separated so that you can escape the bustle. The service was exceptional - small touches such as everyone remembering your name. The rooms are quite spacious and well furnished, though could have had a table on the balcony as well as the two chairs.

A luxury resort hotel at a very reasonable price. Excellent food , great room and only a short, riverside walk from the town centre . We took a couple of the hotel’s tours to local attractions and they too were excellent.

It would be churlish to comment that they they didn’t top up the welcoming bowl of fruit we found in our room!

Extremelely friendly and helpful staff from frontdesk to restaurant personnel, from hotel and restaurant manager to cleaning personnel. Very nice terrace facing the garden for breakfast and other meals. Two wonderful pools. Spacious rooms with pool view. Very helpful frontdesk staff to organize excursions and onward journay. Nice Christmas dinner buffet and performaces.

Victoria Can Tho is an absolute gem. It is a large and beautiful place, yet maintains an intimate feeling. The staff is helpful and friendly, offering great service. I was very pleased with my spacious and comfortable room, offering a great base from which to explore the city and the surrounding area. It was great to take a plunge in the swimming pool after a warm and active day.

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the center. We got a free room upgrade to a room with balcony which was nice. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a nice variety but it’s the same every day. Pool area is nice to chill.

The hotel has a nice colonial design but large parts of it are outdated and could be refreshed. One of the recommendations from the hotel was to go to a cocoa farm but when we got to the farm they wouldn’t let us in without a guide, it would be nice to know that in advance as this was 30 min drive out of the city.

The smaller swimming pool could have been better. The water was not clean and I am personally not a fan of dark blue tiles.

1)we had changed the days before arrived to the hotel, they told us that is should have costed 30 USD more, futhermore the hotel asked us to contact booking for the modification. When we had arrived there, the Hotel asked us to pay 100 USD more for dates change (so not the 30 USD agreed). 3)Restaurant: Seafood Fried Rice was not fried, but steamed and it was the same one that we found in the breakfast buffet. 4) Restaurant: Fresh Rolls with shrimps: We asked for vegetarian rolls (without shrimps), but we received rolls with pork meat inside (the meat was not listed as ingredient in rolls). The Restaurant is more expensive than the average in Vietnam, but the quality of the food is not as high as their prices do. I regret for this review, because the Staff was very nice, and the hotel is an opportunity for the young vietnamise people for working and speaking English, but the price is too high for what the Hotel offers.
