Location was ideal for me. The room was clean and spacious.
Nothing, room was up to standard.

Amazing location and comfy beds! For London currently the price is also acceptable. We'd seen a few reviews with issues concerning hygiene but our room wasn't dirty at all. Reception staff was also very accommodating, we'd stay here again!
The room was a bit small for three people, but if your goal (as it was ours) is to primarily have a nice place to sleep at a great location then this will do just fine!

The hotel is sittuated in a great location, just minutes from Hyde Park and Oxford street. The room was OK, nothing fancy but clean and great value for money in pricey London. First we were placed in the basement room, but the staff was great and allowed us to move to another room the next night. There are muffins and coffee in the lobby every morning.
A double bed is a bit tight for 2 people, so just take that into consideration.

It felt clean, quiet and professionally managed. Location great
Although the room was modern, I found both the pillow and the mattress a bit lumpy
