I had understood from Booking.cpm that I had reserved a room with balcony, paying a premium. I was given a room without balcony and when I mentioned this to reception, I was told that this was the room I had ordered.
I had come for two nights in order to finish writing an article. I could not connect to the internet. I mentioned this, twice, to reception, who told me there was no problem. Then the receptionist said she would reboot the system, to no avail. Only on the following day did I finally extract the truth: the hotel's internet was not funcioning.

The room was quite small but very clean, modern and comfortable.
The swimming pool is definitely a plus for families with children.
Well located in the city centre, although not by the beach or the sea front.
The hotel looked and felt a little dated. The view from the room window was over a huge car park.

nice layout, rooms good size, shower was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. especially Matthew on reception, very professional.

Hotel was near the main restaurants area of the Grand-Motte. The location was quiet and private. There was a large parking lot next to hotel and no issues with parking. Breakfast was also ok, they offered scrumbled eggs, also different breads, fruits etc.
Breakfast wasn’t included in the room fare.

It was convenient for our purpose and the madres in the beds was very nice and the staff was very nice and helpful I would gladly go there again but I recommend the hotel to change politic about the breakfast 😊
The breakfast was horrible because they saved the fruit salads and the eggs from the buffet in the fridge for many days so The fruit salad became fermented and the soft boiled eggs was icecold directly from the fridge the same thing was done to all the other stuff that could be returned from the buffet and saved from day to day. A very destructive way for their reputation, because everything else was very good

The hotel staff was kind. The room was big and it had a view on the swimming pool. Internet connection was steady. The hotel was very close to the beach and city center - yet, the area of the hotel was very quiet (something positive for us). The swimming pool was clean and it had sun beds and sun umbrellas. The parking was within the hotel, which was great.
