It was clean and comfortable.
They cannot provide a proper invoice. I needed it to proof the stay, but the only thing they could give me was a paper that didn't contain my name nor the address of the place.

Great location - easy to walk into main area of Ksamil. Found check in a little strange as needed to contact the owner via booking.com messages to meet me there and facilitate check in. They came very quickly after the message but would not have been able to do this so easily if didn't have data. Accomodation was very safe, good AC and clean and tidy. Good kitchen to make breakfasts/simple meals.
Slightly difficult checkin. Would have liked clearer checkin instructions.

Amazing location, the apartment is really cosy and comfortable. Denis was the perfect host, he sort out every doubt we had. Definitely i will book it again if i come back.

It was spacious, clean and friendly.
The location was good as it was close to the beach and downtown.
Parking was convenient and I would like to visit again.
The air conditioning was small compared to the spacious room, which was a bit disappointing.

The property was far from the noisy part of the town but in the mean time close to the better restaurants, shops and to the beach. The manager and his sister were really nice and every time we needed something they were there to help. We even booked a boat trip through the agency owned by Denis and the experience was absolutely amazing. Thanks for everything!
There were some areas to improve but basically every note from a customer is immediately taken in consideration. Best thing to do is whenever you consider missing something to ask Denis or his sister and they will act asap.

Lovely, clean apartment and good price for the space/kitchen facilities available. Denis was really helpful too and it was a very safe area, just five minutes from the beach.
Nothing bad to say about the property! Google Maps takes you to a grassy road so check the correct turning with the owner if you have a car.

Great place to stay in Ksamil. Close to the very centre and beaches yet still in quiet area. The room was big and clean. Air condition working well. The host was really friendly and helped us with everything. He also adviced us some good places to swim.
No shower curtain, no towel for cleaning the dishes.

Denis, our host was friendly, efficient and responsive to messages and requests.
The apartment was clean and neat and well positioned and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
The aircon was not very efficient and cooking facilities limited.

Everything is top. Lacation is close to the beaches, markets, restaurants...The Apartment is new, clean, big, spacious. Dennis, his sister and father are big-hearted people who have always been there to help 😊

The owner was very welcoming and helpful and available all the time! The apartment was super clean, everything was working, the air conditioning was great. There is a mosquito net on every window and on the balcony door as well. There is a Super Market nearby, as well as a Bakery, Coffee Bars and Fast Food restaurant. I very much recommend staying here. 10/10 :)
