Easy to find, enter and I was close to the bathroom. The hosts were clear and responsive.

Bed was comfortable
Tea and coffee available and filtered water
Place for luggage on 1st floor so we didn’t have to carry big bags upstairs!
Lots of floor and door squeaks and the ceiling fan was noisy (thanks for the ear plugs but they didn’t cut it).

It's perfect for an overnight if you need to catch an early flight from Logan. Everything as advertised. Clean... So clean and homey. Good restaurants nearby -- I went to the Peruvian place and had ceviche-- omg, so good, and I couldn't even finish it all.
Nothing really. The listing makes it clear that it's a shared-bathroom/kitchen kind of thing, so i went into it expecting that. And all the shared spaces were clean - all I could ask for!

Great location and very close to the city and TD garden.
We stayed in the Triple room, no TV at all, the smaller bed in the ( closet looking room) was extremely uncomfortable and hard. And we felt like even during the afternoon after check-in at 2, we had to sneak around and be quiet because the floors and stairs were so noisy.
