Staff friendly and helpful and great location. Great example of a cave house and a good price.

The bed was not very comfortable, the bathroom was not great and the towels were frayed. Some lights didn't work and shades broken.

An amazing place to stay! The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful views over Göreme and Cappadocia’s unique landscape. At the same time, it feels peaceful and private – the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring and simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. What makes this place truly special, however, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, and always ready to assist with any question or request. You quickly get the feeling that you are not just another hotel guest, but that you are genuinely welcome and truly cared for. The breakfast is delicious and generous, and a wonderful way to start each day. The rooms and the entire hotel are cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For me, this hotel became part of the Cappadocia experience itself, rather than simply a place to stay. When you leave, it is not only the beautiful hotel and wonderful views that stay with you, but most of all the people and the way they made you feel. This is a place that was genuinely difficult to leave and one I would definitely love to return to. ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend it!

La posizione panoramica ed il fatto che é molto caratteristico con camere scavate nella roccia.

Nalla nostra camera al piamo terra il bagno aveva un forte cattivo odore dallo scarico della doccia, ma la camera dei nostri amici al piano superiore no. La colazione é a buffet e si potrebbe molto migliorare. Spesso finiva il caffé e bidognava aspettare molto perché lo rifacessero.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. It's a real caves hotel. You see the fairy chimnies? Most rooms are inside one of these; you can actually touch the rocks that form Cappadocia. And the view from the upper rooms and terrace is incredible. I'm attaching photos. Also, the receptionist, didn't get his name, was absolutely helpful when I locked my Turkish number by accident. However.............

Staying this high up in Cappadocia means that you'll have to hike about 3-5 minutes up-cline. If you forgot something in your room, you can't just go and grab it. Also, not all tour vans would come all the way up to get you; they may ask you to come meet them down the road. Another thing is, even it was about 5 degrees outside for some reason my room was over heated and the maintainance had a hard time bringing the tempreture down. Also, there are no elevators, so heavy luggage is going to be an issue. You only have stairs, with way too thin railing is you ask me; so if you're not very confident on your feet, or have children, think before you come.
