Excelente localização, de frente para a praia mais bonita de Ksamil. O funcionário da recepção foi extremamente atencioso e solícito. Não mediu esforços para nos ajudar e deixar nossa experiência ainda mais completa.

The team is super kind and nice, the location is the best, the food was amazing, the hotel is beautiful and well decorated and the view is breathtaking.
In addition, you have a place guaranteed for free at the beach which is great, since all beaches are private and will charge you
I will come back :)
Bedroom in general was too small.
Due to the small size of the bathroom, I had difficulties in showering properly since it was a toilet shower combo and the water would spread all over.
I will choose a different room category for next time

King’s Hotel in Ksamil was one of my favorite hotels in Europe. The staff was all amazing and friendly, making us feel like a part of the King Family! Some of my favorites Klaudio, Alvi, Tonino…. honestly the entire staff provides exceptional service! I look forward to visiting next year and many years to come!!!

The moment I arrived. - constant Noice form the hallway. - and the party going on every night until midnight. Staff is tired, low service, and in general tired of tourists. - no laundry service!!

Just perfect, everything was just excellent, the reception lady was so nice and helpful and the hotel owner was always there making sure everything was perfect, Denis in the restaurant and every were was making all our requests are fullfilled, the best place to stay in Ksamil.
Simple nothing, I stayed for 11 days in Albania in 4 different 4 and 5 stars hotel and this is simply the best hotel I stayed in Albania.

location right on the beach. comfortable new rooms. the staff were the nicest we’ve encountered anywhere in the world. they made the stay extra special.
there was loud music all day and night from boats, restaurants and clubs.

Our room was the killer. View trough our large window on to a bay cost a million. Also we couldn't find a taxi because we need to checkout at 4am . And one of the staff member Denis was very kind to give us a lift 100% a hard worker and provides best service possible. Thank you ...
Loud music in the bar all day long . If you coming for a party its totally fine . But some time we couldn't find a peaceful place to sit down and enjoy lounge.

the room, food and drinks are amazing, and the service was exceptional. I would recommend to stay here for your upcoming holidays.

Excellent location right on the beach. The most friendly staff that even gave us free off season upgrades!
There was often two different sources of music playing on the beach - one from the bar and another from the boat. Would have been nicer to just have quiet.

The hotel is brand new so there are a couple of things that still need to be put in place, like bedside lamps and onsite laundry service

This is our second time staying at Kind hotel. The hotel owner kindly upgraded my friend’s room with no extra charges when she found out we are returned customers. We loved everything about the hotel. The staffs are always willing to help with anything and very polite with a great smile (especially Leda from the reception). The cleaners work very hard and the rooms are spotless. Location is right on the beach. The view from the hotel room is breathtaking.Breakfast and dinner are delicious. I would highly highly recommend to anyone. and we will definitely come back again next year 😊

I liked how calm and quiet it was. they upgraded our room to one with a sea view for free and it was wonderful. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to relax and enjoy the beach.
Finally, the staff was friendly with us.

in front of the sea and has everything since it is a new hotel. breakfast was very good and we got upgraded to a better room
too much noise. although in front of the sea, their bar right in front of the hotel plays painfully loud music that when combined to the one inside their restaurant it is really unpleasant. we had half board and dinner was not good at all. I would recommend not to book it. not good value for the money

King Hotel is one of the best hotel in Ksamil. Everything is amazing, have a perfect view to the sea. The food was perfect and everything is cleaned perfect. The staff is very friendly and kind. This is our first time but not the last one. I hope to see you again. Thank you very much for everything.
