Nice rooms, clean.
It was extremely hot! Our room was in the position of the sun all day and we had a fan in the room but this just blew around hot air :(

Both front desk hosts were beyond amazing. The beds were very comfy. My encounters with the cleaning staff were quite nice too.
The bathroom walls were not super clean and the fixtures were pulling out of the wall. No where to hang wet towels. Bathroom was a bit sketch. The massive amount of laundry pile up in the dining area/common space was a bit unfortunate but might be given the hotel was a bit tight on space.

Good location, comfy bed, clean
Expensive, wifi didn’t work well at all, staff didn’t know how to fix

The room was very noisy at night (noise coming from the street), probably because of the pub next to it. Without an ear plug it was not possible to fall asleep. We used the luggage room to store our luggages because we arrived before check-in time. We asked the staff if they close it and they said yes, but when we went later to pick up the luggages, it was open so anybody could have acces to our luggage. Staff is kind and supportive.
