L'accueil chaleureux du personnel.

Je ne sais pas si cela relève de Booking ou du Campanile mais j'avais choisi deux chambres avec un lit double et un lit simple et j'ai été automatiquement redirigée vers deux chambres avec juste un lit double. Nous étions 6... Aucune solution ne m'a été proposée car il n'y avait plus de chambres à 3 places. On m'a proposé de réserver une chambre de plus, sauf qu'avec 3 enfants cela ne correspondait pas à ce que nous voulions. D'autant plus que si je ne m'en étais pas rendue compte, on aurait été bien embêtée. J'ai du finalement prendre un matelas gonflable pour ma fille. Aucune annulation possible, sinon j'aurais bien entendu réservé ailleurs.

Excellent hôtel, très propre, literie super confortable et le personnel très agreable et souriants.

Pas assez de pression dans la douche

- Le personnel était très agréable et souriant ! - Le fait d'avoir un parking gratuit pour garer son véhicule est un vrai plus !

- Juste la décoration de la chambre qui n'est plus au goût du jour.

Quiet location, easy access to resume our journey through France. Please thank Valerie for the condition of our very clean room. The duty manager had an excellent manner and is bilingual in English and French!His communication skills were outstanding.

Would have liked security gates for the car park area.

I was riding by motorbike and I did not want to go to the city because of security reason, that stay was great

Near the city but quiet

The staff where very good , helpful and polite, buffet dinner and breakfast very good value

The hotel overall is very tired , could do with an upgrade, kettle not working and the air conditioning not working sufficiently in the room.

Clean, comfortable and cheap

Not much. Ample parking though not guarded, nor gated. It was possible to get a beer to drink in the garden after a long drive and that was welcomed. The management did quickly change our room as the one allocated stank of tobacco smoke. So much so, we couldn't have slept in that room.

The stale overpowering stench of cigarette smoke in our room. It is altogether a very tired establishment; run down and in need of renovation at best, redecoration as minimum. I realise covid has been problematic for such businesses and even then I would not stay here again.
