The room was very clean, and colours chosen for decoration gave it a good vibe. I asked for a quiet room and got one with view to the inner yard, which was quiet and I could sleep with the window open, so that I didn't have to use AC. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Strategic location close to the train station and in walking distance from sea.
This hotel was clearly overpriced, which probably had something to do with my last minute booking during a weekend in which Nice hosted the Iron Man event, of which I was oblivious when booking.
The bathroom was very small, shower especially cramped. As a three star establishment, the hotel didn't provide slippers, which is understandable but impractical for short trips.
Located in the heart of a "cartier populaire", I didn't mind but some might.

I really liked the location, is very close to train station and tram and the city center.
Room is very small, but it was ok for me.
The bathroom is super tiny, If you are not skinny, you won't fit the shower cabin.
The breakfast would be more tasty. It was average

Good location and comfortable room
Breakfast wasn’t great and felt like a bit of a squeeze

Great location, near train station
No bar or restaurant, pictures of room look much better than the rooms really are,
