It was beautiful. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Great location. Couldn’t fault it really
The only thing (s) were - the pool was absolutely freezing.
And there was no mirror in the bedroom!! A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been good too.

Lovely views and location
I thought for a hotel of this calibre some service around the pool area could be improved - after 4 hours sitting on lounger
No one had approached and asked if we wanted anything

The property was absolutely stunning with breathtaking caldera and sunset views. The staff were warm, professional and extremely attentive throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the beautiful room upgrade, luxurious atmosphere, spa experience and the excellent restaurant reservations arranged for me. Everything truly felt magical and memorable.
There was initially a misunderstanding regarding the private plunge pool temperature, however the team handled the situation professionally and did their best to resolve it quickly.
