The animation staff was great!
At some point the light was turned off by the manager even though we were still on the terrace.

Everything was really good, the food, the staff, the facilities. Nothing to complain about.
Some water for drinking in the room would be nice. Also i clude the room mini bar in the all inclusive package.

Kind and welcoming staff. Very clean. Rich children's entertainment.
No late dinner option. The dining room closes at 21:00 and no night snacks are available.

The hotel was very clean, food diversity, big pool, a lot of activities. We loved the big bed and our baby lover it too

The location of the hotel. Close to the sea, close to the bazaar and the main street.

There was a very cold pool.
There were not designated smoking area, so people smoked just next to us while we had a food.

Perfect location - first line, on the Promenade, right next to the beach and at the centre of resort. Spotless clean. The rooms are large and bright, cozy furnished, with very comfortable beds. Amazing sea view. Very good quality of service. Good variety of local and international cuisine food and drinks. I will definitely be back at Neptun Beach Hotel!

The parking experience is not the best. You will be guided to a nearby parking that only takes cash.

Very good location, right across the sea. Staff mostly pleasant and helpful.
The pool is a nice addition for the lazy ones and for the very hot times of the day.
There is a pool bar and the area where you serve food is basically just near the pool. There is plenty of space and the food has an excellent variety - you can definitely find something for your taste. Found some very tasty ones and i got surprised about it. The rooms have a regular size, are clean and have everything you would expect.
The only minus i can find is the quality of alcohol served for all inclusive. The beer and the white wine are ok, but the cocktails and the strong beverages are extremely low quality - some local unknown brands with strange taste. I strongly recommend avoiding them. They have some other well known drinks for selling in exchange for a fee but when you pay for all inclusive, you expect at least a normal quality for the drinks, not paying extra for it.
If they would improve the quality of the drinks, i would give a clean 10.

The location was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was very delicious.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The view from room 713 was phenomenal - a sweeping view of the sea. Meals had very good variety and very good quality. At breakfast, it was nice to have hot croissant and pancakes - constantly replenished.
Beds are a little hard but it is something we got used to after one night.
