Waterfront

The room was with the gorgeous see view! Close to everything you need. Spotlessly clean, good size room with the very good maintained conditions, photos were matching. Modern style bathroom, comfortable bed of good size, basic facilities as kettle, a wide range of coffee, tea, sugar and cream, small refrigerator,good size TV, perfect Wi FI speed. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, wonderful quality of bed linen/ towels. Thank you to our room (803) attendant Medelin for the great job. Communication with the reception was always prompt and helpful from the very beginning of the arrival to the last day. The last day the receptionist Zoraib helped us to book a departure transfer, he checked several times date and hour just to be sure that we will get the proper service on time. Breakfast was very good, a large selection of meat/dairy products, pastries, vegan options, fresh juices/smoothies, omelettes. I would also like to mention the excellent coffee made on site. The hotel has many other facilities as lobby bar, new brasserie Maurice, Cielo lounge. People who like pools, have option to go to Aqualuna lido, just opposite the hotel. You do not need to have own slippers as you will get them in the room.This hotel is a place that cares about the environment and fights against the pollution of the planet. In order to reduce the use of plastic bottles, you are provided with a glass bottle that you can fill at any time from the nearest water dispenser, instead of accumulating piles of plastic. A separate waste collection practice is carried out. In conclusion, I would like to express my immense gratitude to the whole hotel team, who prepared a wonderful welcome - a surprise for my anniversary in the room.

Fabulous sea view, great location. We stayed 3 nights and wish we were there longer. Wonderful restaurant on site and evening meal was great. All the staff were friendly and made an effort to ensure that we had a perfect stay. Loved the outdoor pool and lido accross the road, but also nice to have the option of indoor facilities too. Rooftop terrace also lovely for drinks and snacks.

We had a lovely stay at the Waterfront Hotel and it completely met our expectations. The room was comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and attentive, regularly checking whether we needed anything or if there was anything they could help us with. We were also offered a welcome drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch and made us feel welcome straight away. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and felt well looked after throughout. I would happily recommend the Waterfront Hotel to anyone visiting Malta and would definitely consider staying here again.

Slight issue with the shower tray overflowing but was fixed very promptly. Crossing the busy road to the pool.
