The quiet environment. The view of the forest.
The over priced of all the things. Room, meals.
The TV is restricted, and you can not to watch your device on the room tv. The cable channels system failed.

The location is very nice.
They charged us twice the agreed rate. The room was very old and not reflected in the photos well. Basically, they did some new construction and just painted the old rooms. It's absolutely not up to the par with the prices they are charging. Then, to be charged double the agreed rate was pretty horrible. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. The food was okay, not great. Not sure if they ever refunded us because we kept being sent on hold. We called the hotel over 15 times to connect to someone. Just horrible horrible service.
