Location A lot of food places within walking distance Staff were helpful and friendly They run a shuttle every hour from 8am -9pm Free Breakfast was great 7-10am And lunch menu delicious with several options , large serving,all 80 baht around $4 AU. 11am-3pm

Ci sono andato con mio fratello a fine luglio quindi in bassa stagione e l'hotel era mezzo vuoto. Non posso sapere come sia quando il posto è pieno di ospiti, ma per come l'ho visto io mi è sembrato un vero paradiso, immerso in una natura rigogliosa. Avrei voluto restarci più a lungo. La piscina è bellissima ma non grandissima. La spiaggia è a circ 20 minuti a piedi, ma ogni ora (diurna) parte un trasporto da e per il lungomare, quindi il problema non si pone. Comunque in città ci sono trasporti tutta la notte, tuc tuc e taxi, come ovunque in Thailandia quindi se non vi va di camminare potete risolvere. Che altro dire?, colazione ottima e abbondante e personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Per ciò che compete la posizione, sulla strada verso la spiaggia è pieno di locali e ristoranti quindi occasioni di divertirsi non mancano, e con un po' di passeggio in più si arriva sul lungomare che è ancora più affollato. Bellissima località per rilassarsi e fare vita di mare!

Per qualche motivo la nostra prenotazione da Booking era per una stanza senza aria condizionata (anche se dotata di ventilatore gigante), anche se a noi pareva il contrario. Visto che l'hotel era vuoto, la stanza ci è stata cambiata in 5 minuti di numero, ma controllate bene quando prenotate.

The environment of the hotel itself was quite beautiful. The pools, the pathways towards the rooms, all the surroundings and decoration looked nice. Breakfast was nice. The restaurant next to the hotel is great. And there was a nice big mirror in the room.

The hotel rooms themselves were quite lackluster inside. First, it took way too long for the staff to allow us to go to our room. We waited at least 30-40 minutes longer before being called to get to our room (we arrived early but spent time elsewhere until the the time they said they would release our room. it took even longer after their provided time). Finally getting to our room, it had just been cleaned, but the floor was sticky and there were a lot of ants on top of the table. There were no elevators where we were (we walked a lot until we reached our hotel room and, at least, they provide the service to bring our heavy luggage there, but it surprised me that they had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room, poor them). The bed and the blankets were just alright in terms of comfort. Secondly, the air conditioner had a problem and it was quite weak at first (we called the staff and they also had trouble to fix it). There were no hand towels (at all). The TV didn't work either (we tried multiple channels that worked in other hotels). Then, the shower pressure was quite weak and both the shower heads felt unstable (the high one, close at the ceiling, only released cold water while the low weak one was a bit too hot and often alternated in strong or weak pressure). Besides, we also felt like the staff had a bit of trouble informing us about things (e.g. we asked about the free transfer to the ao nang beach and they kind of were too vague and we missed it, and some other times we asked some other info and they had a bit of trouble with specifics or guiding us correctly or things took way too long and they didn't warn us ahead). They were kind enough, though, we also were gentle back (always!), but we felt a bit confused (not even because of the language barrier because in other hotels we had no issues whatsoever).
