walls are so thin and you can hear outside of the room easily, hotel staff were nice but it was not like a hotel management at all. our room had a kitchenette area but without any kitchen utensils! no daily room cleaning and service

Everything was clean and tidy. Very good staff and friendly. The hotel is located in the center of Batumi and is close to the sea.

I can't say anything bad about this hotel. Everything was great.

Private parking is limited to compact cars. We selected the hotel because it had parking but found ourselves trying to find street parking at rush hour.

Big room with a balcony, comfortable big bed, fridge, fast WiFi, elevator, great location at the edge of the old town but very quiet at night. Great view from the balcony, friendly staff, room service, possible to pay by card , lot's of great restaurants very near by, local shops, bars and whatever else in walking distance. Great value for money! Have been staying in different of the less expensive hotels in Batumi before but never had such a positive experience like here.

Don't expect every member of staff to speak English or be extremely welcoming, this is still Georgia and they are all really nice and helpful!

Very clean and huge apartment with everything that you might need for a short stay. I would add only the hairdryer to the bathroom.

Motion sensor lights in corridors.. Its not that accurate so make really scary experience in late night.. Should switch more traditional lights.. Maybe dim light

Some of the advertised things in the room were not there - in particular a dining table, and balcony furniture. We planned to get takeaway pizza and there was nowhere to sit, so that was frustrating. Also the bathroom was a great size so it would be good if they could separate the shower (with a glass divider) so the whole room / toilet didn't need to get wet when you used it.

Very comfortable and cozy hotel. We truly enjoy staying there. Our room was spacious and cleaned. The hotel is located on the small street in the centre, so it is quiet there. The Piazza and other nice places are nearby. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was amazing. Super clean, modern, and spacious rooms. The administrator was very friendly and helped us with everything. Very fair price and I highly recommend MikePalace.

Location is perfect and unlike many hotels it has an elevator.

Although the room was properly cleaned, we found cigarette butts in the balcony, the glasses were dirty, and the shower lacks a separating curtain, so you have to be careful.

Nice gem in the heart of Batumi. Newly renovated, with professional owner and her sons whos speaks English. Parking place was reserved for us (if you have bigger car I would recommend to write them about it infront). Breakfast starts at 9am what is quite late but they was able to give us breakfast at 8.30.

Everything was nice. Maybe just typical bathroom issue with shower water covering whole bathroom. Even bathroom is big and would be easy to split shower from rest of bathroom... Tbilisi visitors please read this reccommendation as for some strange reason I could not write review directly: if you plan visit Tbilisi avoid "Guest House Old Tbilisi". It was total fraud. They offer rooms they never had or have long time rented and just put you in any available room, for example without private bathroom. Plus there is no parking, with bigger 4x4 car you can spend more than hour searching for free route to guesthouse finally finding it without parking

We really liked the easy going nature of the staff, the location made getting around Batumi easy. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the air conditioner worked well.

I think staff could have known more about common attractions, how much they cost and various transportation options.

The bathroom gets very wet every time you get shower. No options to clean it. No one takes out the trash or cleans the room.
