location and friendly staff

the toilet. bathroom was so small you had to sit on toilet sideways!!!

great location right in the heart of town with bars and restaurants close by. hotel spotlessly clean and staff all friendly and helpful. hotel served a wonderful fresh breakfast with local specialties. we enjoyed a walk before breakfast in other mornings we were there and spotted turtles both days around the causeway

rooms small and bathroom snug with little room to turn around in shower cubicle but adequate none the less

I was there out of season so I was the only uk person breakfast could have a bit more choice of hot food ,so would be unfair to judge. the rest of breakfast was easy to serve and top quality with plenty of choices .very helpful staff and management . room was kept to a fantastic standard of cleanliness. I had see view so was a stunning view. perfect location.was never worried about room security which is great to walk out your door and leave belongings on the side . I am returning to kethalonia and would definitely stay there again

Tv channels for English only two and they were news channels. A very small picky remark

Room small but we'll equipped and very clean

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Location was very convenient. The hotel is close to the ferry over to Lixouri and the main square of Argostoli. Staff were very helpful and even let us into our room early.

Parking is not ideal, although this NOT the fault of the hotel.

The great homemade Greek breakfast is simply fantastic!! High quality of food and drinks! Hotel is located at the water front with very nice seats outside. Room very clean!

The nicest staff I've ever met! Crazy good breakfast too! Very clean in general and location is excellent within Argostoli.

I regret we cheaped out and got the basic room, because it was a bit crowded, but even so we managed quite well.

Great breakfast, perfect location and nice rooms & staff - the restaurant has been beautifully refurbished and have some nice touches

The room was a tad bit tight to walk around and the balcony was really small

Easy to find, clean room, lovely staff and wonderful breakfast with many things to choose from. They take COVID seriously so enforce the mask rule, and you have to wear gloves to serve yourself at breakfast- which I appreciate but was not used to :)

The Seaview from the bedroom was stunning. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was a bit limited but obviously Covid has impacted upon this aspect.

Breakfast and location were excellent.
