Comodo parcheggio di fronte alla casa, nessuno per prendere il tuo posto. Non c'è garage coperto.

The house wreaks of mold and mildew. The water smells like rotten eggs. The bed sheets have rips & tears. We checked out after the first night due to health and safety concerns. The owner promised to work with us for a full refund. Two separate VRBO employees assured us a full refund since we checked out in under 24 hours and since we were forced to leave due to health concerns. To date, the owner has not refunded our money and is no longer responding to us, and VRBO is essentially backing away and leaving this to the owner’s discretion.

The property was not clean. Vents were thick with dust. Open food in refrigerator and cupboards. Freezer was dirty. Coffee pot had not been washed—coffee still in pot.
Beds were almost only mattress on floor. Sheets and pillowcases didn’t even match. No extra blankets. Very uninviting. Not even a picture on the walls. Had to buy candles because musty smell was overwhelming.

Safe and convenient neighborhood. No frills but clean space. Quality of beds, towels, couch was a bit disappointing. Kitchen garbage bag as a curtain on one of the windows. No decor. Probably a good place if traveling with little kids.

Plenty of room for six adults. Enjoyed the front porch patio and the location so close to downtown. We spent time at the Dunes a short drive away. Owner needs to work with the cleaning crew to be sure floors and refrigerator are clean. Children's hand prints all over television that my husband felt compelled to clean. Also I rewashed all the dishes before we used them. There should also be enough plates and cups for the amount of guests this property can hold. There were only two dinner plates and four coffee mugs. No mixing/serving bowls. In spite of that, we all enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of space cute kitchen sat out on the front deck in evenings after work when it warmed up, drinking wine and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet. People out walking dogs and kids playing basketball, no sirens to indicate trouble. Owner stayed in touch and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Nice hot showers too! Really enjoyed staying there.

A friend/ RN and I were On a travel contract and stayed at this house for 13 weeks. Plenty of space cute kitchen sat out on the front deck in evenings after work when it warmed up, drinking wine and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet. People out walking dogs and kids playing basketball, no sirens to indicate trouble. Owner stayed in touch and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Nice hot showers too! Really enjoyed staying there.

Fantastic Stay
Me and a buddy of mine rented this house to visit a friend who lives in the area, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The place is not very big, but does have enough beds for a family (or families) of 4 - 8. The amenities were perfect for us with a coffee maker, TV, and refrigerator. Bottom line is, for the two of us, this place was a great find and will certainly book again when we make another trip.

My experience
It did not have coffee when they said they would have coffee available. It was not as clean as I saw dust on the ceiling fan, dirty dishes, and hairs in the bathroom. So, I don't know how guests are getting charged for cleaning services when it does not seem like they are cleaning. They said they could fit 12 people. I had nine and it was hard to find a place that one of my people's could sleep at. If there are children, maybe you could do 12? Otherwise, it was in a cute location right by Valparaiso and the owners were very pleasant to speak with along with getting back to me in a quick-timely manner. I would rate this three and a half stars.

Great location
Cute, nicely remodeled, clean. Walking distance to downtown Valpo where you have plenty of choices to eat and great coffee. Also close to couple parks. We had 6 adults stay and I feel like that was perfect amount of people.. there are top bunks for children. As stated in description, kitchen has minimal cooking supplies. Would be nice to have outside grill but luckily we borrowed one from family so we could cook out. Front deck was nice to enjoy coffee.

Cute house on quiet street
We were in town to visit family right after the holidays. The house was a great space for us to socialize with our family members that weren't staying with us and plenty of room for our family of four. Newly renovated. We would definitely stay again.

Nice house
This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a good set-up with beds for 10 (including two cots). Two bathrooms might be a bit tight for 10 people, though. Parking is good. Close to Lake Michigan and Valpo.
