The guy at the reception (Manoranjan) was very nice and jolly. Very upfront and ready to help. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Location is good

The posting says it is a villa, but it is nothing like a villa, and definitely not a private villa. It's basically a building with 7 different rooms, just like a hotel. The pool is not private either, which was a huge disappointment. Basically, they are very misleading and they need to specify these things in the posting. The owner justified it saying they have not posted any lies, but the omission of the truth is equivalent to a lie. The pool was green in colour when we got there and the staff justified it saying that was the colour of the tiles. Two days later, it magically turns clear and the tiles are very blue. The housekeeping guy was rude. They give you only one complementary water bottle per room, regardless of the length of your stay. Room cleaning was not done, despite asking multiple times.

The service provided was very bad by the staffs...and the overcharged a huge amount by telling there is breakage/stains on bedspread which was already there before we check in..i recommend not to visit this place and spoil your holidays not worth for the money you pay.

Located a little away from the beaches but we hired a scooter (quickly arranged by the staff) so getting around was no problem. Comfortable beds, hot showers, good sized pool! Staff were helpful and flexible, let us leave our luggage there all day as we weren't leaving goa until the evening!
