The place is beautiful and amazing
They have “noise” hours from 8am to 8pm
Which I respect and like very much
But while we were in the pool with my friend we started playing with the beach racket and ball and a bald man came to say we couldn’t play because it was too noisy
Even if there were kids playing with a ball and screaming in the pool
The quiet hours are for a reason and I should be able to play on the non quiet hours
I really don’t understand what was his problem
I wonder if he would’ve behaved the same with kids and their parents
For me it was ridiculous

Fantastic location, easily accessed from the airport, and a great base to explore the island. Lovely common area with a pool and shared loungers. Clean apartments with comfortable furnishings. Very quiet neighbourhood - planes only fly over between 8am-9pm, and there are no nearby clubs or bars.
Poor sound insulation across apartments (unavoidable due to tiled floors). No basics in the kitchen - salt, pepper, oil would be very useful. The terrace furniture was very basic (I was really missing a lounger), and there was no awning to shield from the mid-day sun.

Quiet and super comfortable place. Apartment has everything what you need and its only 10 meters from the pool. Not many people at a pool was for us very important. Dino and spar and restaurants are 50-100m from apartament

Great Location, ideal apartment self catering basic clean and fresh ample parking 5 min to bars restaurants supermarket all walking dist, good value for money for a family of 3 or 4.

Everything was just right „from A to Z“ the staff the reception staff were polite and courteous there was a cleaning service every two days the kitchen was equipped the bed was larger than I needed the television was equipped with Netflix YouTube Prime Video and many other things the living room bar clean and big enough clean
The water for showering and washing dishes was a bit weak, but nothing to complain about!!!

Friendly stuff, nice looking garden with swimming pool, quiet neighbourhood.
The apartment is worn out, not very clean, furniture is very “tide” and feels not pleasant. The shower is also need renovation. Appartment looks at the pictures much beter. Bad value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff, great value for money and the new apartments are great. We also got a super fast room switch when our old one was faulty. the area is also very nice, centrally located, and close to the airport and city center.
The older apartments need renovation and our bathroom sealing was leaking during the rain, but I think they’re working on renovating all apartments so that’s good. The bathroom towel switch and cleaning only happens every 3 days which is too long, because our toilet paper kept finishing and we needed more clean towels with the daily swimming.

It was a good stay overall and good value for money.
The bathroom looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned.
The sockets were all very loose.

Sandra in reception was extremely helpful, not only at check in but also throughout my stay.
My room was close to the pool. There were times when loud activity around the pool was a bit disruptive.

we returned to los rosales after 4 years. the place is still well maintained but could do with better beds. there are a few other options in the area but they were more reasonably priced. it is good value for money. the pool is really nice as well.
the rooms are small, the bathroom door was hard to close, but overall ok.

Green swimming pool area, excelent beaches nearby, friendly and helpful staff, cleaning every few days, quiet neighborhood (except for planes)
The appartment smaller than expected, very basic, small kitchen, no washing machine, kitchen not well equiped (no wine glasses etc.), sometimes a bit noisy from the airplanes

The Pool is wonderful and the green suraoundings are also very very nice.
I had a very nice stay. I can´t complain about anything.

The 2 bedrooms appartement is very small and not very well arranged (tiny living room)

Nice staff, easy information and great welcoming.
Noisy flats (the planes are landing over your head) and you can basically hear the neighbors talking in their flats. The pictures don’t show the reality of the apartment which is really cold and unwelcoming.

More pillows and places to hang things would help.

During our 4 nights stay:
1-the apartment was not sound isolated.
We could hear almost everything from our neighbors.
2- Didn't get the ocean view.
3- Wi-Fi didn't work att all.
