Excellent location in quiet neighbourhood, easy walking distance to the quay, tram and airport bus. Friendly staff. Breakfast with home cooked food and very wide choice. All food carefully labelled with possible allergens which is very helpful. Our top floor room had very steep sloping ceiling and was small, but it was quiet. Very helpful to be able to store luggage.

Most amazing friendly & helpful staff, place was easy to find & the perfect stay. Would definitely stay there again.

It located in a beautiful and quiet area, away from the hectic tourist attraction, but 5 minutes walk to important sightseeings/ buses/ subway to the airport. Hosts were really friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room window, although small, had a beautiful view to the harbor.

Location was great .
Help was given with cases upstairs.
Homemade waffles were really lovely and a great point of difference
Our room lacked a side table on wall side making it a bit tricky at night .
The 2 staff we dealt with were both friendly enough but felt they could have been a bit more forthcoming in their interactions. Also the tv in bedroom relied on using a device that my iPhone was not compatible with .
