Our host was wonderfully supportive when I suddenly needed medical attention, and remained concerned during our five days stay.
Lift size was very tight.

Mario was an amazing host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave us all the information we needed about the area and our stay. The location was excellent and within walking distance of all the main attractions, so we were able to get around Rome easily on foot. The room was lovely, very clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view. Breakfast was great each morning with plenty of choice. The whole place felt warm, homely, and well looked after, which made our stay in Rome even more enjoyable.
Nothing at all. Everything was exactly as described, and Mario went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
