Convenient, and super easy to check in after a long flight or trip

Airport shuttle is always available and with the airport being so close it’s just a short ride.

Meat too close to non-meat foods at breakfast which means many customers use the same utensils for both. No good for non meat eaters after the non-meat has been contaminated by such thoughtless people. Why not keep the meat away from non-meat foods.

Too close to the airport and our room was too close to front desk so it was noisy all night,

Shuttle was amazing. We got a takeaway breakfast because our flight was so early which was brilliant. It is so close to the airport so we got to sleep in as long as we could. The pool was amazing.

The air-conditioning wasn't working so the room was very hot.

24/7 shuttle to and from the airport, which is less than 5 min drive away. Bed is very comfortable! Denny’s is right across the parking lot and the hotel provides a 10% discount. Staff were very friendly and helping, providing us with a takeaway breakfast for our 5am flight. Great place to stay as you fly in or out of San Jose.

Our room was near the lobby, which made the hallway quite noisy throughout the night. Not the hotel’s fault but maybe just request a room further away if possible.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room and very clean swimming pool. Free shuttle bus to airport.

Nothing, except the only food option on site (apart from breakfast) is a Denny’s diner. OK if you like that sort of thing. We took a taxi into the city centre and ate there. By nature of the fact it is an airport hotel, be prepared for noise from aircraft. The hotel is pretty much at the end of the runway.

The rating is based on expectations. It was clean and comfortable. I wanted to stay close to the airport. The breakfast and staff who serviced were top notch.
