Ian was friendly, nothing was to much trouble,he was very informative about the local area and amenities. Breakfast was probably one of the best we've ever had. The Balmoral is in an excellent position, on the sea front and metres away from the sea and resort centre.
There was nothing we didn't like.

What a great place, fantastic location, exceptionally clean, great food, lovely owners.
The place and owners were great, the only issue was the other guests above who , for most of the night, stomped about in what must have been pit boots, heavy footed doesnt describe it. No fault of the owners but really loud for us below.
