Alcuni giochi da spiaggia / piscina per bambini disponibili.
Ampie spiagge sono raggiungibili in 2-3 miglia di auto. Harkness Memorial State Park, Ocean Beach (grande passerella per passeggiare, musica, film sulla spiaggia, giostre per bambini, mini golf, sala giochi), Waterford Beach / spiaggia locale e pass possono essere acquistati presso il gate per il giorno o la settimana in un tempo e lo stesso sono molto economici per Ocean Beach. The host was very communicative, before, during and after the stay. Pictures of home were accurate; it was very clean. Home had plenty of towels, beach towels, soap, dish soap, detergent, etc which made stay more pleasant. There was a maintenance issue on our last day, but host was very quick to respond and address, and always polite and professional in doing so. A good reasonably priced place to stay in an area with lots of activities. And my kids were thrilled to sleep in the full size bunk beds!

Close to the academy with great backyard to get together and a circular driveway with plenty of parking. Host was very responsive and house was spotless.

We were visiting for family day and wanted a place to invite other cadets if our son invited them. The house had room for several adults and would also be great for younger kids since there were bikes and toys available in the garage. Neighborhood was really nice; not too far from shopping, restaurants, etc. We would definatly stay here again.

Our family stayed over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed the cottage. We had fun roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, the amenities of the property, and the view of the river. Mystic and other areas are close by, too. Thank you for tbr memorable weekend.

The home was clean, cozy, and charming. The host was very responsive, courteous, and accommodating. It was a rainy weekend, so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach, but the home was very close to it, and close to local attractions. We had a wonderful time!

Better than advertised!
Donna’s place looked even better in person- the front and backyard were scenic and spacious, the cottage was super clean with free coffee/tea and a helpful guide for things to do nearby. She provided a pack n play with sheets and a high chair for our baby - the cottage is so kid-friendly, we’d love to come back when he’s old enough to run around the yard!
I would advise guests to take note of the two double beds (which were advertised as such); the one in the master bedroom is extremely high off the ground, so may not work for older people.
Overall- amazing stay and a nice, relaxing time. Good neighbors too! Two adorable dogs live next door.
The neighborhood is very quiet and it’s easy to get into town and to some of the beaches and gardens nearby.

We arrived an hour early but was still able to check in. The home and location is absolutely breathtaking! Quiet neighborhood and we had the awesome experience of seeing a family of deers in the back yard.

Waterford Gem
Quiet hillside ranch nestled among large trees and a water view across the street. Location is great. Owner was so accommodating for our needs. We wound stay again.

A lovely home with everything we could ever need.
NO clutter and very clean and well organized.
Donna was gracious from start to finish, going above and beyond, from accomodating a payment schedule to working with us when our circumstances changed on the last day of our stay.

relaxing visit
The property is well cared for and the owner very pleasant to deal with. One does feel a bit removed from the water and the vibe of the house and neighborhood is more suburban than "beachy", but it is easy to get places by car or bike. The accommodations are comfortable, although we would have done better with a queen bed than with the doubles, of which there are two, one in each bedroom. So it depends on your needs.

The cottage was super comfortable & clean. I would definitely recommend for a weekend away. It’s in a great location - close by to Mystic and Harkness Memorial Park.

Comfortable birthday weekend stay
Donna's home is comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen has everything that we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and had no issues at all. The grill gave way to a delicious bbq on Saturday night. Neighborhood is very quiet. My little one enjoyed the yard the power Jeep Donna kindly allowed us to use. We went to Skippers for lunch, so good and the view was a plus. Dunkin donuts and Stop & Shop are about 15 minutes away. We went to Mystic the day we checked out, 1 5 minutes North. Crystal mall is nearby but not much there. We enjoyed my mothers birthday peaceful weekend. We did encounter an issue and Donna promptly replied & provided help.

Summer vacation
Cute house drank my coffee in the morning in the front on the Adirondack chair, a 20 min walk to public small beach. 2 min ride to boat launch where we kayaked and found a cute island to hang out on. Close to Niantic where we are and shipped I Main st. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Weekend Getaway
The Waterford house was absolutely perfect for a long weekend getaway! Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries, which we really appreciated. Donna was a fantastic host, going out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Any questions we had, she answered immediately! Perfect location, within 10 minutes of beaches and fantastic restaurants. Would absolutely rent again!
