Quick check-in at the subway/post office. The apartment was lovely, just what we needed. Very clean, with everything we needed. Close to town centre.

Location is very central and the apartment is modern, large & comfortable. The host was pleasant and helpful. We were very happy with close proximity to the canal bars, restaurants, shops & bus station.
There was nothing to dislike.

Location was excellent in terms of being right in the centre of Skipton. Could walk to all the attractions. House was generally tidy and clean. Bathroom was nice. Beds were comfy. Kids were happy.
Two issues were concerning. First one was that above the sofa bed, there was a section of wall that was clearly damp with mould and the paint was crumbling off as we stayed there. The other issue was the front door handle. I don't know why but around the handle there was significant damage to the wood. I didn't feel entirely safe not knowing if there had been trouble, and if the lock was still secure. If they sort these issues out, it is a very nice place.
