Met with member of staff who showed us around and explained how to use the facilities. Apartment was beautiful and very clean. Right in the centre of Skipton.
Parking was about a 5minute walk away but very easy to find the apartment.

The size and aesthetic of the accommodation. The convenience to a foot-traveller of the location.
The road traffic noise throughout the evening.
The lack of terrestrial tv.
The lack of appropriate pots and pans for an induction hob.
The lively kiddies’ party in the flat above that went on til 11.
The damaged flush trigger on the toilet.

Location was central to Skipton town centre & canal. Flat had everything we needed for our stay.
Constant noise from pub air conditioning system most of day & night so need earplugs. Also constant noise from pelican crossing.

It didnt feel clean. Floor sticky. Linen ok but didnt feel clean sorry but I didnt feel confortable. Was disappointed

Great location!clean and comfortable and good value.
Was woke up early by a dog in the flat next door(personally i don't think dogs should be aloud in flats)i love dogs but due to noise level it's just not right.also there was a car park right underneath the flat we was in,so that was also noisy.We was only staying one night,so we could cope but i would of complained had we been staying longer.
I would also like to point out to you booking.com,that i do not think your reviews are genuine,you only ever put good reviews online,even if iv'e made constructive criticism that could be very helpful to the owner,you never put it on,not like other more genuine sites do!It is actually putting me off using you.I stoped using you many years ago because of something that happened to us in one of your hotels and again you just ignored our comments.I am sure you will do it again?also these people who comment why does it not state dates of their comments(like other sites)at least we know if it's a recent comment,not one from many years ago.

Great location, and facilities
Don't know if it is only me but couldn't get normal tv channels on TV.
Again could be my say nav but when I clicked on get directions on app it directed me up to Skipton school.

The apartment was nice and spacious, and very central.
The only thing, was the apartment was pretty hard to find, even though it was on a main road, fortunately we went into subway to ask for directions, and he said it was upstairs above the subway, and showed us in, and round the apartment

The location was great. Easy access. Everything you need at hand in the apartment. Bed very comfortable.
Noise from some sort of fan that we only noticed at night? I'm a light sleeper so struggled to sleep.

the space and location
the sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable! i didnt get an hours sleep. this was a birthday gift and i didnt enjoy any of it. i was so tired i got an earlier train home and paid more for that just so i could get to bed. im 72, you need to invest in a newer and comfier sofa bed

Loved the apartment and having separate living area and kitchen. Really nice to be able to come back and chill on sofa and watch some TV, great location right in centre and easy to park 2 mins walk and cheap will definitely be staying again xx

Comfortable and convenient for the town centre pleasant apartment, had a good time there.
Awkward to get the keys, waiting around for a while for someone to answer their phone and explain to the poor staff downstairs where the keys were.
The kitchen dining area is small.

good location ,spacious apartment.
pulled back the covers to get in bed to reveal a big white stain on the sheet. Doesn’t take a genius to know what the stain was. had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull out bed in the living room. paid £116 to sleep on a camp bed absolutely fuming.

Loved the location - perfect.
The flat was clean and modern. Huge shower, waterfall basin tap, automatic light in bathroom.... Easy to access the keys. Wifi worked well, large smart tv. There was coffee, tea and sugar available.
There was a heating control in the hallway, which lit up as you walked past it. However, there were no instructions as to how to lower the temperature. The flat was VERY warm and I felt guilty opening all the windows to cool things down.
Just a few of things I missed - I didn't use the oven but didn't see any oven gloves. Also a tray would have been useful. I was surprised that there was no freezer (just a freezer compartment in the fridge.) My booking mentioned a washer, but there wasn't one.
The large shower had two shampoo/lotion caddies. They were empty, which was fine, didn't expect toiletries. However, there was absolutely nowhere to put my shampoo or soap in the shower, needs some sort of little shelf.
Overall I was absolutely delighted with this flat and hope t
o stay again.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Skipton. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The keys were easy to obtain.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent location for the town centre. We collected keys from the Subway next door and was shown into the apt and given the key code for the main door. It was very hot weather while we were there and the fan was a godsend.
Could do with more utensils, crockery, and glasses etc in the kitchen.

The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The keys were easily collected from Subway/post office
At first glance the apartment seemed clean but the bedding was stained and didn’t smell or look clean and same applied for towels. The bedding was stained. Also the bathroom had a strange smell.

Just popped downstairs to subway
Constant droning hum that goes on all night.
Front of building has a pedestrian crossing that beeps every few minutes and to the rear there are bin collections and deliveries starting at 5.30 am.

Annoying bathroom light on a sensor. Came on when walking to bedroom.
