Everything. Location in front of the slopes was excellent. Meals in the restaurant were very tasty. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, separeted very well from the corridor, very comfortable beds. We had a great stay there.

Room was comfortable and well appointed. it is a great location 100 meters from the lift. Hotel staff were nice and the kids loved the Aquapark. Breakfast was good.
The restaurant staff aren’t polite, they’re just working, not doing hospitality. But you see them more than any other employees so it tarnishes all of the positives about this resort.

So far ok. Just that if the hotel can mention about free ski bus for the hotel guest and it would be very helpful.

- Snídaně katastroficka, jako ze starého filmu.
- Kurarna je primo pod okny hotelu, tedy lidi kouri a jde to primo do pokoju.
