Rezydencja Luxury Hotel & WELLNESS Bytom Piekary Śląskie

Stylish hotel with a very beautiful garden! Comfortable rooms, clean, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast, very tasty and a good quality food in the restaurant. Kids and family friendly.

Just a small things that could be better : It will be nice to have a coffee machine and a water kettle in the room. Door in the shower cabin needs a new rubber. One morning we woke up before 8 a.m. because of the noise of a lawnmower under the window. We thought it was too early for the hotel, which positions itself as a cozy, quiet place for relaxation. SPA needs some adjustments.

Exceptional hotel within its price range: very large rooms, very comfortable beds, air conditioning, very large bathroom. Fully equipped for disable persons: wide doors, all equipment in bathroom. Very good breakfast. Good parking in closed area, plenty of spaces. Very easily accessible from highway. Was very quiet also. Fundamentally, hotel exceeded our expectations!

Sad, that we had planed only one night here :)

Fantastic breakfast! Free parking convenient and appreciated! Enjoyable wellness area adds value to the package!

Room could be refreshed for more flair.

Restaurant is superb here - simply the best and highly recommended.

We booked this hotel a lot because of the Spa. When checked in, surprisingly we found that bath robs were missing in the room. We went down to the reception and they sold us bath robes for 20 PLN each. We went back to the room and changed cloth for Spa. We went down to the Spa and surprisingly found that Sauna is cold - it was turned off. We went back to the room and changed cloth for dinner. We came down to the reception and reported that Sauna is not working, they said - it's expected (!!!) and said "there is a button" that turns it on. They proposed us help turning it on, asked to wait until it heats up, then change cloth for Spa again and try it again :))) We refused to play this comedy show changing cloth 3rd time. Instead of the Spa we went to the restaurant, and had wonderful dinner there. P.s. they still charged us 40 PLN at the check out for bath robs intended for non-working Sauna - which is money for nothing, actually.
