Sara, the lady who handles the whole stay is just phenomenal. she was super attentive to my message even the late ones. she managed to guide us through everything, she prepared our boat trip even after giving her a very short notice, yet she did it. i am very thankful to her and the way she manages her guests.

Plug sockets weren’t safe, especially in the bathroom Air con had a bright light that lit up the room all night Pool was far too small

charming house, super comfy and the common areas just perfect for a relaxing day by the pool. Sarah and Fabrizio were the PERFECT hosts, so kind and nice. Recomended to all my friends in their next trip to Capri

We loved everything: the location, the breakfast, the peacefull garden, the kindness, the people, the village, …

only issue was breakfast was served just up the road from the hotel - 4/5ish minute walk.

The b&b is very nice and it is very close to the center of Anacapri! everything was clean and the lady that cleans was very nice

The hot water in the shower doesn’t last very long :( and we couldn’t contact the owner to help us call a taxi in our check out! And the breakfast is very poor :/

Great location, very nice breakfast in a pastry shop 2 min away from the room. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the sunset

Gorgeous location, beautiful views of the sea from a private balcony. A lovely room and an extremely helpful, friendly and communicative host. The free breakfast at the local café was a great bonus!

Everything was clean, and very comfy! we love it

Property is situated in beautiful Anacapri close to amenities, restaurants and places of interest. The apartment was clean and well maintained with modern facilities. The beautifully tiled terrace was spacious, with a great view of the evening sunset. Pool area was lovely and well maintained, unfortunately we did not have time to use the pool. Breakfast was included in the price however we don’t often have breakfast so didn’t utilise it. We did order dinner from the bar which belongs to the property and it was very good, so would definitely recommend. The host Sara was friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the bar on our last day in Anacapri and also ordered us a taxi which was very helpful. Overall, a lovely place to stay, close to the centre of Anacapri.

The view from the terrace is actually further from the sea view in the featured pictures, it actually overlooks a car park and neighbouring properties with the sea view in the distance. The property leads straight out into the road which is a little precarious as there is no pavement, so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Air conditioning was a little temperamental and did not always work.

Very good location in Anacapri. Close to the bus station that leads to the Grotta Azzurra and a little further the one to il Faro beach, which is usually used by locals. Close to the main road (with boutiques and shops) in Anacapri.

Perhaps the only small issue was with the water that ran out in the middle of the night for the toilet and the hot water in the shower. Staff was nice and available even if we never met in person.

Family owns too a Cafè up the street, Bar Grotta Azzurra where they serve in the morning a delicious breakky. You can see chefs doing croissant, pizza, cakes and gelato. The cafè is brand new with blue and white tiles, one of the coolest and yummy places I've been during my trip in Italy. The Villa is lovely, great location, easy to go around and has also a great view on the sunset, even better from the cute design pool. I'll be back for sure! Thanks Fabrizio & Azzurra

Perfect Location to discover the little town of Anacapri, not far away, just one step from Restaurant, Shops and Cafe. Nice Sunset view. Room was very clean and the staff super! We’ll be back for sure! On of the best Cappuccino ever tried in my life at their family Cafe..

Beautiful spot with lovely view and gorgeous outdoor area even though we never got to use it. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was lovely & clean and had a small fridge which was very handy. A great spot in Anacapri away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots.

The property was a small walk from Anacapri centre ... no problem for us but may be for some. Tip .. if not leaving early in the morning pay the extra and get a taxi as the buses down to Marina Grande are a nightmare from middle of the day onwards.
