The young man at the reception was very helpful and made sure we understood both everything about the keys and where the rooms were, and where the facilities were, but also helped out with a city map and explanations of the nearby attractions.
Also, there is a very nice, fully equipped common kitchen for the guests to use, which we found highly useful.

Good location , near in the tourist spot
I don’t know if the bed or the comforter have a bed bugs or what .. we did not sleep comfortably.

The place is a centrally-located as you could ever hope for. Everything is within walking distance, and the place itself has a restaurant-bar right downstairs, so you don't have to go far to get some good food and drink. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good views. The place is lively during the day but quiet at night. We had a wonderful time
The shared bathrooms were tiny. That's about it
