Ne am trezit în ziua în care trebuia să ne cazeze (Ziua de Paște) ca are anumite probleme și ca nu ne mai poate caza, ca a dat către booking să ne găsească altă cazare în condițiile în care rezervarea a fost făcută cu 3 săptămâni înainte banii debitați cu doua săptămâni înainte de sejur…..Un mare nesimțit!!!

The only good thing is that the location is in the center and close to the sights. The pictures have nothing to do with reality. The hosts saved us that there is no zone on Saturday after 2 pm and on Sunday and asked us to pay them 40 euros.

The hosts saved us that there is no zone on Saturday after 14 and on Sunday and asked us to pay them 40 euros for a card in the parking lot of the mall. This property is not worth the money we paid. The shower didn't work, the toilet was dirty. Only the location was excellent. Do not use this location.

Lage top, zwischen Fußgängerzone und Studentenviertel mit guten Lokalen. Fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Der Treffpunkt ist nicht gleich dem Standort des Appartments. Das Appartment war grundsätzlich sauber und ruhig, da in den Hinterhof ausgerichtet.

Handtücher, Geschirrtuch, Toilettpapier, alles zu wenig. Anfrage nach zusätzlichen Handtüchern und Geschirrtuch wurde ignoriert. Man weiß bei der Buchung nicht, welches Appt. man bekommt. In unserem Fall war das Schlafzimmer vom Wohnzimmer nur durch einen halben Raumteiler getrennt. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Das dritte Bett für unsere Tochter mussten wir selber ausziehen und die Bettwäsche überziehen. Das Mobiliar ist abgewohnt. Wenn man angibt, dass die Bezahlung über Kreditkarte erfolgen kann, gehe ich davon aus, dass das auch vor Ort möglich ist und nicht über eine Bezahllink, der einem zugesandt wird, über den aber dann um €10,- mehr als davor angegeben abgebucht werden. Mein Tipp: bar bezahlen!

Placed in the centre of the city. Closed to visiting spots. Parking place available for 12€/day. Parking is at Rajiceva Shopping City and you receive a card to enter in the parking. Great staff

We did not receive the reserved apartment. Apartment located on the 4th floor. The electrical outlets were not stuffed properly into the wall and you had to be careful with them to not get electrocuted. At the bathroom you don't have a window. At the shower we tried to close properly the doors but they did not work as we expect.

Pleasant and polite host met me at the entrance of the building in a short notice. Appreciated this a lot!
