It had everything you'd expect from a hotel of this category. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I was very satisfied.

The explanation of the bill at checkout was unsatisfactory. The staff was unable to explain the various tax deductions. Furthermore, on Booking.com, the listed price already included taxes and fees. Yet at the hotel, they charged another 12.5% in taxes. It wasn’t very clear, and the staff couldn’t explain it satisfactorily. Furthermore, starting on the first day, they applied a hold on the credit card for the full amount as a security deposit, which the front desk staff also couldn’t explain. A security deposit was also charged every time I consumed something at the restaurant. For that reason I had several charges on my credit card, which was very confusing! It’s not the staff’s fault, but rather that of management, which doesn’t train its staff properly. Another disappointment was that the pool was closed at 10 a.m., even though the weather and temperatures were nice.

The property was nice and clean. Great view of the bay.

Not many places to sit outside of your room. There were a huge leek from the ceiling that limited places to sit. Outside of your room. At the one of the bartenders told one of my friends he was going to make her a special drink m, he mixed her the same drink as myself. It looked and tasted the same. He charged the bill 2 as much as the regular drinks. Even none alcoholic beverages was much more than alcohol drinks. He quickly swiped my card and we never saw him again. He was very chatty but changed price on us.
