The beds were comfy and clean, easy check in process, plenty of parking, good tea and coffee making facilities, good communication, right in the centre of city
A bit of dust here and there

Location was perfect
I didn't like the fact that I didn't have a kitchen, but that was my fault, i should have requested it, but next time I will

For a 3.5 star it's very clean,
ONLY problem was the air con which wouldn't get cold and someone playing techno music all night

They allow late check in which is easy to organise
There are loud noises and vibrations possibly from the location it’s in early in the morning around 5-6am.
The front door was badly damaged (potentially from previous flooding) but it left me feeling unsafe security wise. The microwave is up too high to safely reach or use and when I climbed on a chair to reach it I found old food left in there. Also the bowls in the cupboard were visibly dirty and I had to wash them before I could use them.
