El personal muy amable , dentro de sus posibilidades trataron de cumplir ,para que nuestra estancia fuera placentera

El no haber servicio de restaurante,complica la alimentación,ya que debe traer uno de afuera su comida,y las cobijas en las habitaciones son muy pequeñas una pareja se le complica mucho ,el tamaño es como para una persona sola

La habitación

La habitación no estaba tan mal, pero la cortina del baño no era del tamaño adecuado entonces se inundó el baño, el aire acondicionado costó que enfriara. La piscina sin servir, el personal del domingo en la mañana fatal y el desayuno una completa decepción. Nos fuimos con una mala experiencia. Es una lastima

The layout was nice...pool are very nice to sit.

Their were big ants in the room, the shower water pressure was poor until we teport it in the morning, pool was dirty ans filty

although this was one of my favorite stays there were some positives about the property. The AC was decent, beds were comfortable, and there was free breakfast, for the price it was exactly what we were expecting.

I never leave bad reviews, because I understand that people can be having a bad day or something was accidentally forgotten and many other things. but this review needed to be left. Every person that worked there on our 3 night stay was absolutely rude. They made it seem like you were the BIGGEST inconvenience for any question you had or anything you needed. They would just say they didn’t know if we asked about the area or where to find things. The day we were leaving my partner went and asked if he could call us a cab. The man said he would but it would take up to 30 minutes. We told him we would probably just go out to the street in a little bit then since this was at 11:30 and we needed to be at the airport at 12:30 and that would be cutting it close. He assured us that he would be there at 12 which would get us there right at 12:30 and that if we got one from the street and not “their company” it would be three times the amount. so we agreed and paid. At 12 the phone started ringing and it was the cab driver saying he was 15 minutes away.. then it was 8 minutes the next call.. at 12:30 (when he were supposed to be at the airport) my partner asked for our money back so we can get out own cab. he said he would call his boss and then said no we should have made arrangements earlier. which we did.. over an hour prior. He was not apologetic and did not seem to care at all that if we missed our flight he would be costing us hundreds of dollars. the taxi finally did come and we were not put on our original flight; however, they got us on one an hour later. The front door also has to be unlocked by someone that works there.. so when they are not around you have to wait for them and then made to feel bad about being a bother. Breakfast was also free so I don’t want to complain but it would not have been worth paying for, it was dry and hard. would not recommend staying here, and if you do- don’t use their transportation services.

On one night, some guests were drinking in the courtyard and were noisy disturbing my sleep.
