This was my second stay here already, and I would definitely come back again! The place is always very clean, and the owners are really nice and welcoming. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay — a Nespresso machine with very good coffee, an iron, cups, dishes, etc.
The location is great. Don’t get confused by the Termini area in the address — the place is actually far enough from the station and only about a 3-minute walk from Manzoni metro station. From there, you can easily get to the city center and the Vatican on the same metro line. The Colosseum is also within walking distance.
I’m always happy to stay here when visiting Rome and will definitely come back!

Excellent. Very kind hosts, clean, good value for money, spacious room, plenty of facilities, the building was close to shops and to the main landmarks in Rome.
