Співвідношення ціна/якість - дуже добре! Розашування будинку - чудове. Легка комунікація з господарем.

Excellent location! The beach is only 30m. It is rocky, but there is a concreted flat area for sunbathing and stainless still ladder into the water. The apartman has a large balcony with sea view and grapes and figs growing right there at your disposal.

Ignoring the fact that the apartment is not taken care of, it is great. Even though it is modest, it is large and comfortable and actually offers all one needs, once you get used to it. It has a large terrace offering a nice shadow all day long, the beds are quite comforable, the location is great. The host is very kind. In the end, we truly loved the time spent here.

The apartment was filthy when we arrived. We first cleaned the kitchen to start to feel better. The dishes and the refrigerator were dirty, in the silverware drawer there was something like mice droppings, the smell in the cabinets was awful. The washing machine and dishwasher were full of dirt and we cleaned that as well. There is enough dishes, plates, silverware and glasses for four people, definitely not six. One of the bathrooms needs a renovation, but the smell from the sink was better when we removed hairs and a toothbrush from the sifon. The air-conditioning would need cleaning, too. The apartment is not suitable for people with asthma as the furnishing is old (like from the 60s; the apartment was definitely not renovated in 2013 as claimed on the web), but this is acceptable in the end and somehow charming.
