"Villa Char Stone Harbor" è la quinta casa dalla più bella spiaggia di Stone Harbor, questa deliziosa 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi e una stanza in polvere è a pochi passi dal centro. Abbiamo acquistato questa casa ("Villa Char Stone Harbour") a luglio 2016 e aggiunto una favolosa piscina riscaldata a maggio 2017. Il primo piano della nostra casa dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto. La camera da letto anteriore (letto matrimoniale) è la più grande e conduce ad un ponte coperto. Inoltre, al primo piano c'è una lavanderia completa, un bagno completo e una stanza in polvere. Il secondo piano comprende un soggiorno con soffitti a volta nella cattedrale, una zona pranzo con porte francesi su un grande ponte esterno con splendide viste sull'oceano.
Cucina moderna con ripiani in granito e un'isola centrale. La master suite al 2 ° piano dispone di cabina armadio e bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio e cabina doccia e porta su un ponte esterno. La seconda camera da letto su questo piano ha 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto a castello (1 letto a castello inferiore e 1 letto singolo a castello superiore) per accogliere i bambini, oltre a un ulteriore bagno completo. Per il tuo divertimento, c'è un campo regolamentare di shuffleboard sul lato dell'edificio.

This was a great home for our group. We had 10 people stay at the property. Tom was a great host and provided timely responses to questions. Location close to town and the beach was great. Enjoyed the deck, pool grill and game room.

As you can see from the photos, this is a magnificent home just 5 houses from the ocean.
It was spotless upon arrival, the linen service items were delivered prior to our arrival and all items in the home were new and very nicely maintained. Everything is as shown. There was an online guidebook which made clear all you needed to know about the house. The pool was heated which was great for our late Sept stay.
The owner quickly responded to one question we had. He even left a bottle of wine & a box of delicious local fudge as a welcome gift.
This home made our family get together a memorable one & one we look forward to repeating.

Plenty of space to spread out in. Beds were comfortable and living area was perfect for spending time in. Enjoyed the front deck for coffee in the mornings. Great access to the beach.

A very comfortable house with easy access to beach and Stone Harbor ha great beaches. Walking distance to restaurants and there is a pool to relax inn after a long day of body surfing.

This house is in the perfect location - very short walk to the beach, slightly longer (but totally doable with toddlers) to town, and just a block or two from a huge playground and park. The heated pool is delightful and the perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach. The owner, Thomas, is extremely helpful and if things around the house need looking after he is very attentive. While it may not be the newest house on the block it is by far the best value given the location and amenities! Would absolutely stay there again.

This house is amazing. Extremely clean and huge inside. Furniture brand new and has every amenity you can think of. We had a great time. We love how close the house was to the beach. And you have so many parking spots (5 on property). The pool was an added bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!!

My husband, 5 children and myself had a great week at the beach and loved the house. The location to the beach and town is excellent. The brand new pool is a plus and has a waterfall arc the kids really enjoyed. The house is beautifully renovated and there was more than enough space for the 7 of us plus a few friends that hung out several days. Thomas is a perfect host and very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
